Schimmel und Krabbeltiere Das untere Stockwerk ist vermutlich mal nen halben Meter im Wasser gestanden. Möbel und Wände verschimmelt - daher auch der muffige Geruch. Erste Kakerlake an der Rezeption. Zwei davon im Zimmer + diverse Leichen Pool war gut...wenn auch nicht sehr sauber
Pleasant Rooms are very outdated.
I didn't like that there was no restaurant on premises. The carpet was very dirty. Door was hard to open. Ice maker was too far away. I like the people in the office.
Tof en leuk hotel voor een nacht Hygiëne, tapijt aan vervanging toe. Zwembad dat tot middernacht open was. De prijs/kwaliteit is dik in orde.
Does not live up to expectations The bed in the first room we were given had been made up with dirty sheets and had a nasty stain on the bedspread. We complained and were moved to a room that had clean sheets but still had a stained bedspread. The room was advertised as normally $300 which is nuts. It was a decent value for the $80 that we paid. Caliente Tropic Trash - Beware! Crazy! could not walk in the desert heat to the nearest drugstore which was about a mile and a half away. The AC in room old and did not get room cool. Was warm in room. Close pool at 12am and didn't reopen until 11am. I had to use business center in the middle of night. Walked around the property and staff said nothing but then blacklisted me for suspicious activity with never saying anything to me. My door knob was coming off door and keys kept changing / deactivating..constantly locked out.... read more
Caliente Tropics Basura - Stay Away! Everything else, Wifi very slow...didn't work half the time, AC in room did not cool room down, Fan was given but fan was broken, door knob with card key broken so kept having to rekey cards (constantly locked out), maid service kept walking into room without knocking. Pool and Jacuzzi had filthy water, large objects floating everywhere and cloudy water. I liked the atmosphere in the evening / night pool party.
