Fair The bed vas dirty If the motel was as god as the loby it would be great
Fair 离outlet半个多小时，但其实棕榈泉小镇有很多酒店 这个酒店进了小镇后还要开一段，不算最近的，如果只是路过outlet可以订更近的。不过这个outlet没什么意思，男生可以买很多 女生很难买到合适的。前台就一个男的，不专业 很大，居然是个套房，一室一厅！
Basic hotel near downtown Palm Springs. Bed not very comfortable, very dark room. Friendly staff and good location.
Good Dogs, if you have a problem with dogs, do not stay there. Some dog owners/guests are just disgusting. Very nice and supportive staff, very nice pool area. It seems like that the new management is trying to improve the location, but still a long way to go.
Victime d'une arnaque ?? Personnel froid. L'hôtel est en dehors de tout. Voiture indispensable pour regagner le centre ville. J'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de voir ma carte de crédit débitée de US$ 50.- supplémentaires. Comme l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'adresse mail, impossible de les contacter pour avoir une explication à ce sujet. Il reste le téléphone mais il faut maîtriser l'anglais !! Affaire à suivre ..... Hôtel propre, piscine agréable.
Don't stay here. Non smoking room that smelt like cigarettes. The birds in the cages located throughout lobby are disgusting. Guy who checked us in was bleeding from his arm. While property smells like a fake flower small. Walked into our room and all the drawers in dressers were open. Chair was thrown on top of one of the beds. Staff communication was terrible. You couldn't pay me to stay here again. 8.2 on booking.com is an insult to mans intelligence. Not much.
Definitely not what was expected. The bathroom was dirty, there was no bathtub and nothing on any site to indicate the rooms did not come with bathrooms. The WiFi was nearly nonexistent and the sheets on the beds had holes. Very unsettling when with small children. Joey was exceptionally nice and very understanding.
super smelly rooms the rooms are a diaster with smelly sticky carpets with odour everywhere. We cancelled went elsewhere but they did not refund our money.. The pool looked good
Main reason to stay is price Open closet. Reading light not functional. Headboard fell down. Price was right.
