Have been very happy before but last night I had to wait way too long. I missed on a meeting with friends. My next appointment is going to be my way of deciding whether I stay or go elsewhere

Dentist need unlimited patience at all times - their income depends on clients - nomatter how great they are at what they do - they must keep mindful that their growth within their profession will determine their attitude which cleary during my exsperience contributed to their overall service (not excellent but not horrific) - my service wasnt free so it should have been excellent. Note: you never know who walks through your doors - so everyone should be treated assif they were President Obama.

The room they ushered me into for my cleaning was small. airless and apparently didn't function very well. There were various cords wound around and stuck under things. I had to get out of the chair at one point while they fished around on the floor for some cord or other. Then they had to move me to another room because nothing was working in the first one. I didn't like the doctor who was very rude and not empathizing. she drilled my teeth without asking if i wanted them to be done or not. I could not eat for 2 days just because she drilled and filled all for of my 4 teeth. I am sure that my front two teeth were not in a gender of decay, and didn't need a filing. Despite her careless and unethical approach toward me, she seemed very sure and proud of herself. Therefore i rate your service really poor, and I am unsatisfied. I had a 1 pm appt did not get seen until nearly 130. Was told they were short staffed yet again. Tech took about 5 min to clean my teeth. did not even do a thorough job. he left my mouth a bloody mess. did not even clean the top of my mouth. was very rough with a major attituede . at no point did I see a dentist. My latex allergy was ignored. he has a major attitude. It was the appt from hell. I had my appt.at 11:00am.I arrived at the clinic at 10:45am..waited til 11:45 to be seen by the dentist..almost 1 hour waiting and I had an appt.Waited too long..so I just walk-out..going to a new dentist now..bye

They put me temporary tooth and the next day it is fell down. And the second problem was I had an appointment by 12-00 o'clock and I was waiting 2 hours and after that they told me they want to reschedule my appoitment. It was terrible.

My tooth extraction was quick and painless. I found them to provide a quality surgeon that may have been worth waiting for. Customer service is the worst part of this business. They cancelled my appointment twice and still kept trying to pressure me into having more work done. Thank goodness I did not fall for that. They claim that people can go back to work immediately the next day after surgery. I found this to only be true of some jobs...as mine actually requires me to speak and yell out to people, I felt crippled. Had th... read more
