Recently I called California Dental Group to make an appointment for tooth extraction. Before I went to the clinic, I asked the receptionist how much the services would cost me. She said consultation and x-rays were free and the regular tooth extraction would be $80.00. The dentist who treated me said that my tooth could not be saved and it had to be extracted. The assistant was trying her best to make the procedure comfortable for me. The dentist also appeared to try his best to professionally complete his task. However I did not appreciate having to get out of the chair four times for x rays due to a malfunction in the computer system.
I didn't like the way the hygienist cleaned my teeth last Saturday. It was painful and she doesn't even care to ask how I felt. She just kept doing what she's doing even when I was already flinching.
I was not happy with the doctor and the staff
my Dr changed without any previous notice and to be honest I'm not satisfied with fillings, the edges of the teeth are not smooth at all. It's better to respect your costumers' choices and not randomly assigned them. regards
One Dentist in the office and had 3 patients to evaluate. Had to wait and wait, 30 minutes later I was seen for 5 minutes and that was it....definitely not worth the wait. will most likely change facility/Dentist.
Bad quality on everything. Don't do very well.
I was on vacation, i drove from irvine, CA to have a MRI, arrived at your office at 9:10am , was sent to MRI at Eagle Rock Blvd, nobody at MRI office, to make things worse the clerk would not tell me that was nobody their. LET ME GIVE YOU SOME ADVISE "BAD NEWS DOES NOT GET BETTER WITH TIME" its poor business practice to let sombody sit, then blame the other office and not be frank! its interesting to note that you took my money, I got nothing for it As to the "STAR' rating its more like 0.1
I WAS WITH WESTERN DENTAL FOR MANY YEARS. MY POOR TEETH:( MY VISITS WITH THEM ALWAYS CAME WITH ATTITUDE. CALIFORNIA DENTAL IS GREAT! THEY WELCOME YOU WITH SMILES. THEY ARE VERY PATIENT AND INFORMATIVE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO WESTERN DENTAL. I WOULD RATHER BE TOOTHLESS.
