Quick, fair, clean, and friendly
During my bleaching session, dental assistant burned my tongue and lip with out any warning ok what procedure was being performed. A little heads up would have gone a long way to prepare my self in case the burning occurred. During same session the assistant walked away and checked up on my status only twice in a 60 mins span. Attention to detail and patient satisfaction failed during this visit!!!
The doctor 's and staff are great. The facility is clean. And I would recommend this place.

DELIGHTFUL!!! Staff is friendly, prompt, and has a great attitude. Hygienist was gentle and did an extremely amazing job. Dr. Safari (s/p?) was wonderful. He actually took the time to explain the pending procedure. He did not push unnecessary procedures nor try to sell me products. I will definitely go back in six months...this coming from a person who usually visits the dentist about every FIVE YEARS...literally. Finding a dentist who is unafraid and willing to provide special quality and gentle care for an 80 year old frail elderly senior with Parkinson's is not an easy task, believe me, it's not. Most dentist either just want to refer her elsewhere or have refused to do dental work on my mother because either they feel that she is too delicate or they just have that fear of working with elderly patients with those factors. I loved everything in your office......Dr. Sewell and the whole staff. I will return in the future ! I sent a separate email about some other OCD issues I had. The only other thing was the X ray guy puts the film in the plastic with his bare hands, before putting on gloves to mouth insert, and that seems it'd be a better idea to use gloves for everything, with no bare hands.....maybe safer.
