Good dental care! Dr kim is friendly and does great work.
All the staffs on the front desk are very nice and friendly. The facility is very neat and it seems that everything is organized. I like the lady Doctor who treated me and I felt bad as I forgot her name? She is sooo good! Please let her know that I am very thankful and satisfied with her service.
They were super nice. Was so scared because I thought I might need a root canal. Never had one before. Was experiencing sensitivity. They did a partial X-ray of the area and were able to determine that my teeth were fine. Gum had receded a bit but they said it might restore itself due to my cleaning. No cavity and no root canal. Best of all I didn't have to pay for anything because apparently I had prepaid on my last visit when they offered me a discount. They had it down on their records. Extremely positive experience, an abundance of careful assurances, professional knowledge and understanding. Took exceptional care to make me as comfortable with the procedures as possible, and I am very pleased with the results.

Makes me wonder why I procrastinated so long about going to the dentist. These people are great--professional, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. They truly take the trauma out of a dreaded experience. And there was no waiting and no wasted time. That's extremely rare these days.
