Every time I go to the dentist, there is another new doctor person there. It is really weird because you would think that you would like to have a relationship with your dentist, but not here. You guys are changing it up all the time. I never get a chance to get to know the person digging around in your mouth.

My whole family goes to California dental now for many years now, i have always been very pleased with everybodys services, not just services but everyone makes you feel like a guest. That they ready care for you like family. I have a special needs child that feels just empowered walking in. Everybody treats her like a princess, not just her everybody gets the same treatment there. I enjoy my visits very much. I love you all!

Excellent Professionals all the way from staff to dentist!
From when we walked in the door until we walked out of the door it was a good experience. I have been putting off going to the dentist for myself for years. I brought my son in for a check-up and the front desk staff, the dental assistants and the dentist were all friendly, helpful and professional. They helped me to feel at ease and I ended up getting a check-up for myself while waiting on my son to finish with his cleaning. When i went in for my appointment yesterday, i was not greeted right away, matter of fact it took them quite a bit for them to even acknowledge me. this was the first time i had ever encounter this at the Eagle Rock facility. normally from desk is very precise with greeting clients. other then not getting acknowledged right away, the rest of the visit went just fine. i did wait longer than other times. the lady that took care of me was such a sweetheart, normally the girls that work on my braces are very sweet and outgoing.
