Kids had great experience and we all were satisfied with the results.
I always like my hygienist she is very nice and does a good job. My only complaint is that my account is not in my name. I have mentioned it on more than once occasion but it hasn't been fixed yet.
as a first timer at california dental group, i may say my dental experience was very satisfying, starting from the front desk, since i walked in... to the DA's, to the financial young lady, Grace i believe her name was, she was extremely helpful in finding a paayment plan that worked for me. i will definitely refer my family & friends. thank u...everyone at CDG. :)!!!
California Dental-Eagle Rock is not one of those dental office that suggest expensive/unnecessary work just to make money. They are worth my trip/traffic after I moved to another address. I rate them 5 the highest. Thank you.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (GREAT STAFF)
I hate going to dentist, so was keep postponing in going one for check up and cleaning which I was duo. They had the must friendly enviroment. I thought I would need a lot of work, but after the exam Dr. told me I only need cleaning I was so relieved. The Office accountend came to talk about my cost as usual my heart start rasing, but to my supprise I only had to pay 100 so for two cleaning now and in 6 months. This is a friendly and lively office that's very welcoming. I had a particular problem on my last visit because I was told by the Secretary that my warranty would not be honored on cracked veneers. She then began giving me ridiculous examples of instances when warranty
