This was my first time hiring a moving company and based off my experience with this company it will probably be my last. My items were picked up more than a month ago and I was given a timed estimate of 0-6 business days for my items to be delivered for a distance of 0-500 miles ( I moved 300 miles away) but I have still yet to receive them. These are bogus positive reviews. DO NOT USE. They aren't just inept, they are malicious and will take your money. Last year they were Rapid Van Lines now they're Exodus. They've been reinventing themselves yearly since 2009. They ripped me off June 2021 along with a whole group of us who moved out of Cali to different destinations across the U.S. we have a FB group of us who were charged double or triple the original quote on moving day and our possessions held hostage until the inflated price was paid in full (others had ... read more

Genuine fraud. Don't even think about it. I paid less for movers that went directly from my house to my destination (California to Texas). 1. Complete lack of responsiveness after a deposit is paid. Phone lines are never open. 2. No communication until 12 hours before pick-up. That communication is done by a person named Jim Kirran who is irritable, angry and just an all-around terrible human being. So far terrible. Our pick up price doubled and we are still waiting for our stuff. And because their contract suits only them my family will most likely wait till next mont for our belongings as we sit in an empty home. Jim is very unprofessional. He will offer no solution, he will just yell about how it’s all in the contract as you sit in your home with nothing. Timothy did a great job of moving our things and also packing them. He was polite and knew what he was talking about the whole time. He kept us included every step, and it was a pleasure to have him help us.

The team did an excellent job. They came to our rental, picked up many items, loaded everything from our storage unit, and unpacked everything, including setting up our bed, TVs, and a few other things. Would recommend using them! Quick and efficient.

So far not happy. The price doubled from the quote, and we may not have our items until the end of this month. Read the fine print folks, their crappy contract is strictly for their convenience and if you expect them to hear you out, they won’t….Jim is a real piece of…work
