The care they provide here goes unmatched. From check in to check out. Juanita at the front desk is just as sweet and kind as a person can come. Dr. Henderson takes his time to explain in detail the process ( I had a mole removed) and the after care. The medical assistants here are so kind as well. I was nervous and asked if I could bring my fiancé in from the waiting room and they called him in then also explained the process of my procedure to him. Dr Henderson is so gentle and kind. His office staff are all caring and very professional. I highly recommend Dr Henderson's office for all your dermatology needs. They even give out lots of samples. Who does that these days! CF

I was a previous patient of Dr Herzlinger. Had my first visit with Dr. Henderson last month. Visit was very quick, and went ok. I had one small area on my thigh which was a little bothersome. I did NOT even get a office visit evaluation. Dr Henderson took a quick look at the mole and they took a picture and said they'd biopsy it. They gave a quick injection, shaved the area and in five minutes i had a bandaid with brief instructions on how to care for it. At the visit they told me the visit fee is $135 Now they invoiced me $250. I can't believe that this is happened at a clinic.

Dr Henderson and his resident ( I forget her name) we're great! They did my annual skin check sand helped me with another issue! I highly recommend them and they were super professional! The office is well located and the iPad checkin was super easy. I really liked my experience! Thank you! Also want to mention they are serious about skin here, it's not just a Botox cosmetic etc. they truly care about the health of your skin.

I had an appointment to see the new doctor that replaced Dr. Herzlinger. I had a conflicting appointment and called two days before the scheduled appointment to cancel and reschedule. I got voicemail and left a detailed message. No one ever called me back. I attempted to call them again and got VM again. No time for this BS. In the meantime, they billed Medicare for the visit I missed. Will have to find a new dermatologist. I miss Dr. Herzlinger, he is one of a kind.

Sooooo sad to report that since Dr. Herzlinger retired, this place has nosedived into yet another money-hungry, big corporate chain medical zone. The nice women behind the front desk remain, but boy do I feel sorry for them. My husband went into for his annual check up, got a couple of little spots frozen off, no biopsy, no chit chat, and they sent us a bill for $250! Everyone working here is so nice and accommodating. The office is in a beautiful location in Newport Centre near the ocean so the feeling is more relaxed than in the city. Dr Henderson is personable and very skilled at performing surgery, and he makes sure you're comfortably numb before beginning a procedure. He did lipo and submentoplasty on my jaw and neck area, using existing entry points from previous surgery; I preferred this to a full face or neck lift at this time.
