I had been going to Dr. Herzlinger for about five years now and I like him on a personal level. He has a good bedside manner. As another review noted though, he runs late. Very late. I've tried to make this less painful by booking him first thing in the morning, but you're still waiting 40+ minutes past your appointment time to see him and that's just not acceptable. I'm moving to a doctor who respects his patients' time as much as his/her own.
I never write reviews but after what I have gone through with skin cancer because of this doctor is shocking. I have religiously been on his skin care program for 10 years meaning that every 4 months he checks me out and freezes and takes biopsies. Then I get a fat bill from him. Finally, after showing him a little bump for several years which he said was nothing, he changed his mind since it had grown a little bigger, and biopsied it. Basal cell.
