Dr. Herzlinger has retired and saw new doctor who took over practice for the first time today. I realize that Dr. Herzlinger is an extremely hard act to follow as he always made you feel comfortable, important and did a fantastic job, but the doctor cane in like a robot. As warm as a cold fish and did not even really make eye contact when introducing himself. Non existent emotional intelligence levels. This is the worst and unethical medical provider I have ever seen. They are not hesitant to overcharge you and bill you insurance for services they never provided. I asked them to refill my prescription and they changed me another dr visit and this is a complete ripoff

Dr. Hertzlinger has always done a wonderful job for me and has been a friend for more then 30yrs. But the only difference since the office sold out the CSI is higher prices.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Herzlinger for a couple of years now, he is the most caring doctor that we have ever had, he take plenty of time to answer all of your questions and explains in detail what he has done today on your examination.....Great doctor, we need more doctors like him. ron and shirley

We have been coming to Dr. Herzlinger for about 12 years or so... maybe more. He is a wonderful dermatologist! He tells it like it is and no sugar coating. He is a true professional and if he is running late it is frankly because he is providing the extra time to the previous patient. I know when we need him a few extra minutes he makes the time to go over our concerns. And we appreciate that!! David is a great Dr. I haven't seen him in many years but when i suddenly broke out with Shingles I called at 8:00 in the morning and his receptionist got me right in. He diagnosed it instantly and prescribed some medication for it. I was in and out in a half our with caring results. Great Dr. great guy.

Dr. Herzlinger is such a reliable and dependable physician from whom you can expect fantastic and thorough treatment. I have been a patient for over 10 years, and have brought all of my family to see him. They all concur that he is a great no-nonsense doctor who is excellent in diagnosing problems. They used to have long waits in the office, however, I haven't experienced any significant wait times in the last two years. He is also very flexible in working with your insurance and has a great office staff.

He is very good! I went to 3 dermatologist before and he does a very good job. I recommend Dr. Herzlinger to all my clients.

I had a nightmare appointment with this Dr. He barely looked at me, didn't talk to me or listen to me at all. He just started freezing things all over my body and it's very painful. He didn't ASK permission. I didn't want it done. It didn't do any good. The moles are still there! I have been to several well known dermatologists in Newport Beach over 30 years and this was the worst experience ever. I left crying and went to my car and called a friend. Don't go to him!!
