I went to an office in the Carlsbad area that was absolutley WONDERFUL! Recently I moved to the Bay Area. While Michelle Quinn seems to be a good NP, the staff at the Saratoga office is rude and condescending. They lack patient care skills and basic customer service. I have only had one appointment (which will be my last). The rest of my exchanges have been over the phone and they have been very frustrating. My insurance allows me to get the best care possible. I'm going to find that.
My experience with Morganroth has left me traumatized. As a degreed, career-oriented, professional woman working in one of the most innovative and regulated industries, it was hard to witness a physician behave like a brute caveman toward his staff. He literally grabbed the coordinator's arm without her permission after barging into a patient room where I waiting with other people without asking for my consent or bothering to introduce them to me.
