Horrible service!! I forgot to take my wallet with me so I didn't have my insurance card but was able to find my insurance information through medical record. I already early to my appointment 10 minutes, been waiting for this guy to go back and forth to other ppl to figure out if they can accept it without insurance EVEN WHEN I ACCEPTED TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET!!! This has happened three times already! I check in and I had to wait 25 minutes. It turns out that my file it was never given to the doctor. I'm almost tempted to call this racial-profiling. for the last three times that I was in, this happened every single time. I will be calling my insurance company tomorrow to complain and also talk to the office supervisor. I am very tempted to hire an attorney.
This place is the worst didn't let me know they didn't take my insurance til after procedure for skin cancer. When I got the bill tried to work with them and they sent me to collections .... Billing dept is a joke ....
My experience with Morganroth has left me traumatized. As a degreed, career-oriented, professional woman working in one of the most innovative and regulated industries, it was hard to witness a physician behave like a brute caveman toward his staff.
