First time having carpet replaced & installed in my home. The process was easy & smooth from getting a quote to install. Chad was very pleasant & helpful with any & all questions. The new carpet looks better than I ever imagined & my basement looks great!! Can’t wait to enjoy it & host a few game nights & family gatherings!!
We had a very positive experience with the Mentor Calvetta Bros. Floor Show. Our sales person , Bri Alston was very helpful, informed and got us all the information we requested. We had 3 rooms of carpeting installed by Mike and Eddie who did a terrific job! They moved all the furniture in and out of the rooms, cleaned up so that I didn't even have to sweep after they left. We had a tile floor installed in our Kitchen. The installer did not do a good job , the tiles were un even and the quality of the workman ship was poor. I called the main store and contacted the manager. The came out and saw what our floor looked . He agreed that it wasn't done right. After apologizing He sent out a New crew of installers. There was a world of difference. Everything turned out beautifully.,the work was excellent . My wife and I are very happy .We will definitely use the Calavetta Brother's again.

Your installer did a super job on my bedroom oak floor. It looks great. He was also very neat and polite.
We had an excellent experience with our kitchen floor install from start to finish. Savanah was helpful with the showroom experience to getting Steve out to measure to getting the quote back to us asap. Then our installer Phillip was very professional and personable. Job well done!!
