We had a wonderful experience with Hope at Calvetta Brothers.
If I could give Calvetta a ten I would. They have done all the floors in our home and each one has been better than the next. They put carpet in the upstairs bedrooms and stairs. It wasn't right and didn't look right. Austin Calvetta came out and was very disappointed. He had Jason Calvetta come out and they decided it had to be torn out. They had me pick out different style carpet and installed it and it is beautiful. Very strange concept of Love... seems to be brainwash. How many years will you pump your sick concept of home and love?? We will never call you. Sick of your commercial.
Will not do business with a company that acts as though they can brainwash me. How many years will they keep trying to pump their sick "love" in to my living room... it's called greed. Not love.
Customer service is extremely poor! Very unresponsive. Sloppy tile work in my shower that already needed replacement after 5 years. Look out!
We purchased new flooring from Calvetta Brothers last Sept 2021, and it was recently installed 3/22. Their initial measurement of our home was 140 sqft more than a competitor which sent up a red flag. A second measurement was closer to the competitor. After the install started, we noticed that the flooring being installed was not what we ordered. It was the same MFG and color, but a less expensive version.
