I had an excellent experience at Camelback Ford. Steve S. from sales was great, and took care of everything, before I came for pickup. He made sure everything went smooth in purchasing my new Bronco. And Alfonso S. from finance was very accommodating with specific requests I had and took time for me. And the dealership goes beyond and provides initial oil changes, maintenance, etc. I highly recommend.

My sales experience was great, as was my time with the finance manager, Thomas Knox. However, I bought a used EV that I was told came with a charger. When the deal was done I asked for them to find the charger for me because I couldn’t locate it. The charger was nowhere to be found. I was told be several people that they would get me a charger for the EV since it was said that it was included in the sale. Well, several calls and texts later, and almost 2 months and no charger, I can’t even get anyone to respond to me anymore... read more
