Very accommodating, made everything very easy. Polite,and prompt,very patient. Did not have to go into dealership, all done online and on phone.
Our sales person Antonio (AJ) and Ms. Cedillos were very efficient at communicating the sales process. They were both very transparent and broke everything down to the number.

The sale and financing were handled fine, but I have noticed a couple of issues since purchasing the car, including super dim lights. I mentioned this to someine who called checking on my experience. I was told service would follow up with me. This never happened. When I finally called service I was basically told they have no appointments period and they would put me on a waiting list. I have no info on my extended warranty, can't get issues fixed, and am stuck with a car I can't drive at night. I understand you buy a used ... read more
