The guy has good energy. He was quick with the deal. Definitely fun to have around.
Very business-like approach, which I appreciated. Sales person was my advocate, which I also appreciated. Some pressure to purchase extended warranty, even after I said no. Initial Low balling the trade in value was definitely not appreciated. I almost walked out. I am currently looking forward to Mitch delivering the truck, which was not expected, but very much appreciated. Joseph was such a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions that we didn’t even know we had. He was personable and kind.
