Had the truck we wanted and our salesman DT and his manager Adam were great to work with

The sale and financing were handled fine, but I have noticed a couple of issues since purchasing the car, including super dim lights. I mentioned this to someine who called checking on my experience. I was told service would follow up with me. This never happened. When I finally called service I was basically told they have no appointments period and they would put me on a waiting list. I have no info on my extended warranty, can't get issues fixed, and am stuck with a car I can't drive at night. I understand you buy a used ... read more
