Mike D. Was awesome. He kept me informed and attempted to find the warranty and service agreements that are supposed to be attached to my VIN number but are not. PLEASE HELP. Also, when I picked up my car, I noticed there was service tech changing a tire on another Hyundai. My front driver's side tire looked a little low but I thought I would just put air in it when I got home. By the time I got home, it was TOTALLY flat and had two brand new shiny screws in it. Is this just a coincidence?
