Service was timely. One negative continues to be access to and within the lot itself. Too many cars on the lot, either service related or looking to buy a new car, make navigating the lot challenging at times.

Friendly and helpful staff. No argument over the discount, but the area is under construction and Kia waitroom is wornout.

Service seemed to be performed to standards. The customer lounge (waiting area) was undergoing renovation, so things were not as comfortable as it usually is. My only real complaint is the service technicians totally messed up my driver's seat settings, so it took a while to get the seat adjusted back to where I like it.
