They did an 18,000 mile service when my car had only 10,700 miles... I think I shouldve gotten the 12,000 mile service? Seemed like an extreme upsell but whatever. I didnt get the free car wash that was promised either, but the car was taken care of.

L/r window was not working, was fixed but, the explanation I am not sure was the real issue ! The problem was said to be dirt in the window channels? The car is always clean and never off road, I noted before bring the outback in that their was no power going to the window, note the L/R window is the least operated window of the car, if the problem happens again it would help to understand how to get the window operating especially if we are out of town or on a trip ! Thank You Camelback Subaru!

Camelback Subaru is an amazing dealership. They Dont make anything complicated I brought my own parts and they installed them. They have good communication with customers. I had a good experience.

It took until the next day to finish service on my car, which resulted in a total of $141.01 Lyft charges the following day so that I could get to and from work. And I've been waiting for a daytime running light on backorder since 7/16/2022 (almost 10 months), and now I'm waiting on a backorder for a satellite antenna problem, and I fear it may take just as long. These all may be problems with VW parts supply and not this dealership.
