Service communication and process was off this time. Usually very smooth.car was returned in ok shape, but not the usual clean and washed delivery. Maybe understaffed.

Camelback Volkswagen was very accommodating helping me with the finding the right car . I would recommend if looking for a vehicle. They were very professional and I was far from dealership but I was assured it wouldn't be a problem. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Adam worked hard to get me the best rate and the extended warranty on my incredible Crosstrek gives me peace of mind. I researched for 8 months before I bought this vehicle. Tried it out on a road trip in the snow and a Dodge Ram had to stop after sliding around in front of me, while my new car was steady through the mud and snow to my destination. I will be going back to Adam in a few years to trade in and get a newer model because I am sold and Adam has become a friend.
