Robby did a great job communicating but they changed my brakes and the wheels came out horribly unbalanced and I had to spend another entire day at discount tire.
Had 6 month service and ZakTek protection. Car looks like new. One thing I found was coolant was low and cover was not secured, so the mechanic was probably going to fill it but forgot.
I bought this car on August 17. It has done well driving around town with zero issues, it was a nice experience purchasing the car from Luigi!!

My Subaru Crosstrek was completed on-time. ZacTek looked good!
They checked all they could, but we could not figure out where fumes came from that kept burning my nose and eyes all week. But Window control operation was successful
The service advisor, Randy Ott, got me in on an urgent basis even without an appointment when my ignition lock seized. Got me running by early afternoon.
Thank you for going above and beyond in accommodating my transportation needs while my car was serviced. I'm especially grateful that you stepped up to replace the AC compressor at no cost since I have experienced several AC failures over the last several months. I love my Forester but it's entirely due to the Service Department that I would consider buying a Subaru again in the future. Thank you, Service Department!!!
At the dealership I listed 4 items: (1) 2-yr service, (2) Zaktek, (3) front windshield fluid nozzles, (4) lube sunroof track. The service advisor didn't line item (4), so I inquired and was told it would be done. A few days later the sunroof was still squeaking when opening / closing: it hadn't been cleaned or lubed. I left a vm for & emailed the SA requesting day/time to return when I wouldn't have to wait long for service. She apologized, said they were busy, and then never followed up. Uncool
