Absolutely fantastic! This is one of the most professional and thorough VW service departments that i have interected with (I've owned three VWs). JoAnna, my service rep, is so sweet, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She kept me updated on my service and even called me to see if i needed a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver was also fantastic. I recently had a bad experience with my VW service dealer where I live (Arizona) so it was so refreshing to experience something so positive!
Very friendly, clean. I appreciate that the service people explain exactly what will be done to my vehicle and approximately how long it will take. Oh and the best thing-NO HARD SELLING!!!! This is more than likely my new go-to service place.
