Service was good. Wait time for oil & filter change turn-around was quite long ( 1 hr. 55 mins. ) Had made reservation!

The tires were rotated but the hub caps were not put on properly... I had to go around and used my fist to secure them into place. If I didn't notice that and hit a bump I could have lost one or more of them... and you guys wouldn't replace them.

The service rep provided an appointment for me the following morning after my car broke down in Phoenix. I came from Colorado to bring my daughter back for the fall semester at ASU. I received better service here than back in Colorado. Rick Wilson is a wonderful person and professional. He explained the issues and the cost. I couldn't ask for any better experience.

Robby did a great job communicating but they changed my brakes and the wheels came out horribly unbalanced and I had to spend another entire day at discount tire.
