Bought new tires. Service was good and timely, and initial online price quote was the price charged except for the cost of alignment. Which is my complaint. Why not include the entire price of tire install in quote to include tires, balance and alignment. It doesn't make since not to include alignment since it is required.

Camelback VW is my goto and has been since 1997. I am a loyal to them and I receive the same loyalty in return. My service manager Frank Cheyney and my service advisor Randy Ott and their staff are Five Star. Camelback VW is the only place will go.
Dealing with Mark was pleasant and helpful, I want that when coming to a dealership. Getting this "yea yea yea" energy from other advisers, is a real turn off. So thank you Mark for creating a pleasant experience!
