I came in for an oilchange and reported a "rattling noise" coming from the trunk area of my car. They couldn't find the cause while servicing the vehicle, but when I mentioned it at check out, the manager came out and took another listen. He found the cause and fixed it right away. The service was great. However they now charge 3% if you use a credit card to pay...which did have a sign, cleverly hidden beneath the credit card machine. Need to warn folks of that fact when they hand over a credit card!! Shame on Berkshire Hathaway!!!

I purchased the car. Two days later the battery was dead . Dealer refused to pay for new battery . I purchased new battery at auto zone for $199 including tax. Old battery had date on it 2021 out lasting most batteries for use in Arizona. I felt dealer should have replaced battery prior to putting the car up for sale.
