Checked tires, tire sensor was going off. Ended up having a small leak on one tire which I got patched. Only issue was they were understaffed in the mechanic bay. So it took a few hours, which is understandable.

Andy was amazing! No pressure but truly wanted to help us find the right car for us and worked to get us into it.

Bought new tires. Service was good and timely, and initial online price quote was the price charged except for the cost of alignment. Which is my complaint. Why not include the entire price of tire install in quote to include tires, balance and alignment. It doesn't make since not to include alignment since it is required.
Lovely service! Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind.
Service advisor Randy was excellent. Too bad he's retiring, but wish the best for him!
