It took longer than anticipated but the lounge was very nice. Nothing was really explained so I assume everything went well.

Quick service and they didn't try to sell me things I don't need. Car wash service after service is sub par, probably would request not to have my car washed next time.

Spoke with Rep about issues with my car continuing to pull after 6 month alignment. Due to bushing being replaced they still charged a alignment fee even though that should have been included during any suspension work.
