I had a great experience today. I got my oil change done and they were so fast and professional. Lee Harris is a great advisor, very informative and very professional.

I really like Toyota vehicles, and I love my car. However, it feels like the service department charges me more each time I go. That said, they do keep my car running at its best as long as I keep up with the maintenance costs. After each visit, I receive a coupon for a 15% discount on future services, although I wish it was a 50% discount! My favorite service advisor is Maurio—sorry if I'm spelling his name wrong; I know it sounds like Mario, but it’s not quite the same.

I was treated like family from the moment I arrived and there was not one single time that I felt pressured by anyone. I worked with Conor and he was amazing. I recommend asking to work with Conor if you find yourself in search of a new or used Toyota. Best car dealership in AZ!
