From the time I picked my vehicle up. The service was fast and the person assigned to me was very courteous and kept me updated on all repairs and completion ETAs.

The only reason I gave you a 3 star is because I specifically only wanted an oil change. They ended up doing a tire rotation without my consent. I get free tire rotations with Costco since I bought my tires there. I spent unnecessary $$ that I didn’t ask for. My service advisor is great. I don’t blame him. Camelback Toyota dropped the ball somewhere. This is the first time it has happened here so it’s not the advisor’s fault.
Titus was professional and responsive. Very reliable and someone I’d refer friends and family to.
