I took my RAV4 in to be serviced. My service writer, Ryan, was courteous, helpful and responsive. The service was completed in a minimal amount of time in a professional manner.

I have been affiliated with Camelback Toyota for over 20 years. In fact I worked there while I attended college. My service representative Titus gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had with Toyota. He should be applauded for his efforts, he was a kind and knowledgeable gentleman, and I look forward to working with Titus again.

Technicians used 0W-20 oil for my 23 Corolla Cross XLE. The 2.0L for this vehicle calls for 0W-16.. not super uncommon of an oil weight especially given that a handful of Toyota models utilize this same oil spec (Prius, Corolla, Corolla Hatch). Not sure of their reasoning, but it seems pretty straightforward if the oil cap states a certain oil spec.
