This dealership deals with conflict very effectively and I appreciate the customer service that is consistently provided. I recently dealt with a minor issue involving the service department, however management was quick to resolve and aid in the situation. Lane in particular was a great advocate and I will be happy to go back to Camelback Toyota for my future car services. Thanks for all you do!

The service and repair recommendations are a little screwy and are confusing…but I like the $40 oil change

Nothing about this felt VIP. I thought my visit was pretty straightforward but it felt as if I was imposing on everyone by merely being there. When I left the car even still had the painted on numbers the service dept used. For some reason my dash cam had been moved and unplugged. My next appointment wasn’t scheduled or mentioned. No service sticker on the windshield.
