This is a great place for my truck needs. My only complaint is that the technicians could be more welcoming. I was looking for a part and it seemed like they just kept throwing me from person to person. Finally, Cammeron helped me once I asked him. Cammeron is outstanding! He addressed all my concerns and always had such an outgoing and welcoming personality. He was like a friend instantly. Highly recommend working with him and I would go back to have him schedule me again

My service advisor, Damian Holloway kept me informed during my appointment yesterday for my 2024. He was especially polite and answered my questions. Jimmy Ou the service manager was very kind to address. an issue with my Four Runner taking in dust and covering my entire inside interior when I went on a trip over a dirt road to our cabin in CrownKing. My service advisor was excellent, but I am overall unhappy with Camelback, especially the recent addition of a 3% charge for credit card use. This is a new way for businesses to get even more money.
