Happy to be able to work with Robert Gonzales for the past 1-2 years in the service department. He does a great job!! I've been a customer since 2007 and worked w Chris Mill until he moved away.

They did the oil change as they always do which is great. the service tech cleaned off my battery terminals but lost one of the plastic rubber covers that goes on top. I know it was there as I’ve owned this car for 16 years from new in 2008. I’ll have to buy one. I’ve been going to Camelback Toyota for the last 10 years. I’ve never had an issue. This is the first time with a problem. I will say the service guys/ ladies when they check you in are absolutely awesome.

I cannot thank Robert Gonzales enough. My vehicle left me stranded and in a panic. Got my car to function and drove straight to the dealership. I did text Robert to give notice that my vehicle would be there arriving and waiting for his attention. Turns out I had a dead battery still under warranty.
