After having a bad experience when I first bought my car there, I vowed I would never go back, but after time I thought I would give it another chance, I am glad I went back! I was very pleased with the way I was treated in the service area by everyone especially Michelle, she was very friendly and professional and I appreciated the way she kept me informed of what was going on with my car. She helped make this such a good experience for me that I am sure I will be back whenever I car needs maintenance!
I have been a customer of Toyota Camelback for nearly 11 years. They are organized and communicate well. At the time of my latest service I also had to take my son’s Sonata to another dealer nearby. The difference was night and day. It took days to get info at the other dealer. I appreciate that I can reach my service person my text or phone and track what is happening with my car.
