Arrived at l615am saw Michelle arrive got service immediately and 2 hrs was gone home
The service was excellent. Michelle Patnoe was very professional and succinct. The service was completed an hour early, nicely done!
Excellent! Everytime kind and polite, and quick service have been provided. Storongly recommended. I have been using this dealer for fiveyears.
Had Appointment at 12:30. Got in at 1:30 to do an oil change. Why have appointments !

I come to this dealership because I like the service people. They treat me like a person and not a Commission! The service is above par. My experience there used to be a little better when I would come there. There is a lounge with free coffee and donuts or coffee cakes to have while you wait for your car, and if you didn't want to wait and didn't have a ride to get home they would order you up at Uber to take you home. Jeremiah was exceptional on service. He responded quickly to my text and pleasure to work with. Only issue was not with him but the 3.5% fee for CC. Just feels tacky for dealership to charge
Quatarius Barino is wonderful. He’s been our mechanic for a while now and he always does an excellent job.
The quality of work appears to be good. The service advisor was friendly. The policies of the dealership seem to be far more profit oriented than customer service oriented.

Very mediocre service; I really hoped to establish a long term relationship with Camelback Toyota because it is convenient location. But the car was not finished when promised. It took 2’5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. It took10 minutes for a service advisor to greet me even though it was not busy and there were at least 10 advisors inside just chatting.
