Q was amazing! Beginning with confirmation of my appointment while I was talking to Q about requesting. I arrived about an hour early and was promptly provided with friendly candid immediate assistance regardless. I was aware that more than a routine service was going to be done since I declined a couple things last time. I expected to be there for several hours and was duly impressed that it was done prior to my expectations. Excellent job Camelback Toyota and special kudos to Q.
