There are some issues with the service reps. Mine started off good, but I pointed out to him that he was outside the time window he had given me for the service, and he didn’t respond to my text requests for time updates. I was in a hurry and was going to need to leave if they weren’t done (they weren’t slow, there just wasn’t good communication ).
