Always great service representative Lane. She keeps me updated on everything by texting or a phone call.
Jason was a great representative for Camelback Toyota. He is very kind and attentive. He has a positive attitude and I think he’s honest. Jason did a great job taking over for another sales rep (Brent) who started the initial transaction process, but couldn’t finish it. This was a hiccup, but eventually they ironed it out and I was on my way. Jason was right there giving me updates on the process as they worked through it. I had a good experience here. The only thing I would say is that the tracker for how long the service would be did not update so I wasn’t able to see how long until they were done. Other than that they did great.
