A part needed for the repair was not in stock and would take a day to arrive from the warehouse. The service advisor, Chase Jim, realized that I live 90 miles away and found the part at another dealer and got it delivered so the repair could be completed the same day. Outstanding service!
Ted was amazing taking care of my car. He was able to take care of last minute service. Definitely deserves a raise.
Brandon, the Beard did a great job of explaining the needed services and my options. He also answered my questions on other Toyota vehicles that I own. The service technicians completed the work as described and on time great job.

The only thing that keeps me from rating this center as excellent is the lack of a car wash. Most, if not all, wash cars after a service.
