This is by far the best service center experience that I've had with any of the cars that I've owned across multiple brands. The waiting area is comfortable and everything is easy to navigate.
Service adviser Mike Romero is is awesome he always give me huddle updates on my vehicle
I think there is a lot of miscommunication between staff members. I am pretty upset that there is a recall that was not handled prior to the car being sold. The service department made it sound like this recall had been known about for awhile.
