Excellent customer service by Abbas. He was very professional and courteous throughout the process. Wait time was too long (3 h) for battery change and was not happy I had to pay with debit card to avoid the credit card service charge. For small business I understand trying to avoid visa commissions. But a large dealership with millions in revenue not acceptable
