I’ve only had good experiences with this dealership. Most work is done the same day. My service advisor Quatarius is amazing and always listens to my concerns.

I made an appt and when I arrived Lee was waiting and he explained everything in easy terms and gave some recommendations too. I went to the waiting area which is spacious and has a resturant and play area for kids. When my time came Lee called and my car was ready and off I went. My car sounded and moved smoothly.

After two visits in two weeks I found the service reps I dealt with were not of the calibre of the service people I have dealt with over the many years I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Camelback Toyota. The first visit about 2-3 weeks ago I was passed off to an elderly female service rep who was extremely pushy, trying to get me to get services I was not interested in. I told her I just wanted an oil change, period. She totally disregarded me and kept pushing other services. Not someone I want to deal with ever again. The s... read more
