I have come to this dealership for 20 years. This time two things were upsetting: 1) the payment was done by credit card - as always - but in the email the receipt shows a higher amount for additional surcharge fees? I was not informed about those fees and my authorization was not for the amount taken from my credit card; 2) the “suggested” services for my three year old car came to $2k.

Our inspection report includes any concerns our team finds physically as well as manufacturer recommendations, which are up to the discretion of the customer to have performed. I recently took my car in to hopefully have the ac fixed, unfortunately whatever damage caused it my warranty would not cover, very disappointing but understandable. Michael French was extremely pleasant and helpful in the process, I will definitely work with him again in the future if needed.

We have been in to the dealership two times and have spent over $6,000 in repairs and are still on solving the problem!!!

The dealership is big a roomie! Clean and played good music. Offered my son pizza while we waited.
