We are longterm Toyota car owners and made a first time purchase of a new vehicle from Camleback Toyota. We were referred by a dear friend. Everyone was very caring and took care of our needs. My overall experience with Camelback Toyota was excellent! I am very pleased with their service, friendliness, and most of all my vehicle. Jack Shen and his manager went the extra mile for my family to get us into a vehicle that we wanted. Compared to other Toyota dealerships we had a very pleasurable experience with Camelback Toyota and we will definitely make another purchase there!
I tried to find a new Camry Hybrid XLE with a specific color and options; throughout the Valley and the western states, no dealership could find the car. I bought a car from Craig Rusin this past weekend and he was phenomenal!! He worked with me over the phone the previous week and dealt with me and my needs very fairly. We worked out the deal prior to my arrival on Sunday and when I arrived, everything was ready to go. The business manager did a great job too and processed my deal quickly. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Craig to anyone that needs to look for, or buy a car.
Hello...Craig Rusin was recommended to my by my boss. She had such a great experience and refered Craig to me. I couldnt have asked for a better sales guy! Craig Rusin was our internet sales rep. He was very accommodating and patient, never pressure us. We looked at 3-4 certified used Toyota Corolla's for our 18 year old son. We ended up buying our car at another dealer, but only because that dealer had the color car we wanted. Craig at Camelback Toyota was very friendly and professional and really helped us out. They matched the best price we were able to negotiate between 6 dealers (and we were very hard negotiators). It was a pleasure working with Craig and we actually kind of felt bad buying from another dealer because of how nice he was to work with. We would definitely go back to Camelback Toyota next time we need a new car.
