I interacted with four Phoenix-area Toyota dealerships I interacted with four Phoenix-area Toyota dealerships plus a car broker and, while I ended up with another brand, Craig Rusin at Camelback would have gotten my business if I could have afforded the car I really wanted. I have had some bad experiences with car dealerships in the past (the worst was Courtesy Chevrolet), but this was definitely a good experience! I got exactly the vehicle I wanted at an excellent price. Contrary to some other reviews, I did not feel pressured. I went in already knowing what I wanted, I had scouted their available vehicles on the Internet, I knew the Blue Book values... basically I would say if you are well-prepared it will greatly improve your experience. Could not have been happier with the entire sales experience at Camelback Toyota! It was the relaxed, friendly, knowledgeable approach by Craig Rusin in sales that won me over...never had a car deal I enjoyed until yesterday. My daughter and I came in looking for a car for her. We didn't feel pressured at all and Craig was patient with my questions, listened to what I was looking for and what was important to me and helped me weigh the options. My experience in purchasing my second vehicle from Camelback Toyota was great. Elvis, Sales, and Kevin, Finance, were great to work with. I was out in an hour and half. There was no pressure from Elvis to purchase. Both Elvis and Kevin were helpful and courteous. If you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle, please consider Camelback Toyota!

I live in Green Bay and my son is moving to Phoenix. Your dealership was recommend by my other son who currently has his Toyota Corola serviced at Cambleback. We were working with Lisa Garcia long distance. She was so professional and curtious that we felt like we were sitting across the table from her rather then 1600 miles away.
