Went to lease a 2017 Prius and got just that Great staff and service. The Gathmanns will come back for another vehicle. Roxanne did a fantastic job getting us aware of the Prius's perks and drive ability. Everyone we worked with was awesome. I would recommend this dealership to others.
Good customer service All professional people in the same place it's amazing, every single person has the knowledge about their products get well 100% customer satisfying, they are honest and telling you as much as you want to know, explane really nicely with patience and good thing they let you to choose, if it's not you first time and you know about the car you are buying they are not talking too much, and their hospitality is the best compair to any other dealers. New Car Purchase We had the the most positive experience with Ryan Hill at Camelback Toyota. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, no hassle and quick to respond. We met with several dealerships and we chose Camelback because of Ryan and his willingness to work with us. His name is not listed, however. We give him 5 stars. Best car buying experience! I initially went in to trade in and buy a used car. By the end of the night, I left in a brand new Toyota Corolla and I am SO HAPPY with the purchase! Sales and finance went above and beyond to take care of me. they took the time to explain everything to me and showed me how to use all the features of the new car. Above and Beyond We have been loyal Camelback Toyota customers since the 1990's. We've always had good experiences but Ryan Hill and Ty Boettcher went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had exactly the vehicle we wanted and needed.
