Purchase and service I recently purchased a 2013 FJ Cruiser at this dealership, and later had it equipped with off-road accessories . The project was extensive. Yet, their service team did an excellent job! I would recommend Camelback Toyota to anyone who is accustomed to the very best sales and service.
Excellent customer service! I bought a 2016 Corolla and am extremely satisfied with my purchase and experience. From the very beginning everything was done to meet my needs and get me a great deal. When I picked up my car, the customer service went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I was happy.
Helpful, respectful and patient John was the first person who approached me as I got out of my car, and my worry of a shark-like car salesman immediately vanished the minute he said hello. Wonderful service I came to this dealership after visiting others getting much of the normal "shark" behavior. Car buying actually made easy. I have given business to this dealership for the past nine years, this go around is my fourth lease. No pressure, no problem with Bob I call him an anti-salesperson and I mean that as a compliment. I like his style, he's just there to help provide shelter aide and comfort. I felt like he was honest and transparent.
Appreciate the integrity of this service department I have been using Camelback Toyota since 2003 with the purchase of my 1st Sequoia. I have owned three. I get a minimum of 9-10 oil changes a year. Sold my last Sequoia with 394,000 miles. Believing that I have had great vehicles, but the Service department has been a huge factor. They answer me honestly with no service sales pitch.
