When Toyota,RAV4 was returned after service was performed - I noticed 2 days later that a tire valve stem nitrogen cap was missing. Small detail but all details are important. The valve stem nitrogen cap - has (NT) written on the top of the cap. It is my opinion that it was either not completely tightened or was forgotten on the Toyota t2ch work bench. I had to go to the local auto parts store to purchase different valve stems cap. Otherwise service performed was very satisfactory.

My service writer is the best it wasn’t for him. I don’t know if I’d come to that dealer he’s in tune to my needs. What else can I ask for?

Service was attentive, engaged, and the work was completed 1 hour earlier than estimated. Discount coupon was also applied as requested.

When I arrived at the dealership for my service I ended up standing around for about 10 minutes. People were walking past me but no one asked to help. The people that are in the service department should understand that they are all customer service people and they should at least greet me and find out what my needs are. Once that was over and I met the service writer that I worked with everything went great

I will always go to Camelback Toyota first for all of my vehicle needs. I have now bought 2 vehicles from Camelback Toyota, one of which is a Chevy Silverado. I chose to look at CT before going to a Chevy dealer because the staff in sales, parts and service are simply the best.
